Lynchburg is a small city in middle Virginia with a dying core at its heart.  In order to reinvigorate this downtown core, Angles of Lynchburg seeks to introduce a mixed use structure in conjunction with an expansion of the riverside park in order to bring more commercial and pedestrian traffic to the area.  The two mixed-use towers contain office space and a public library, as well as a first floor completely open to the park to allow for free circulation from the street to the river below.
